I got into this in another Amino.

Let me say this:

Not all guys want to look like a tobacco chewing truck driver.

Not all women want to play 1950s homemaker.

One of my dear friends, he's a hairdresser, feminine and gay and no matter what people say he's still a guy.

One of my other friends, she's an auto mechanic tomboy, no matter what people say she's still a girl.

When you start applying traditional gender stereotypes within the transgender community you are gatekeeping someone by saying you're not really transgender because you are a guy who likes makeup and being a feminine male.

Not everyone fits within the traditional male female roles, and just because someone does not fit within the predefined parameters of what society thinks is a guy or a girl does not invalidate them.

If you're a feminine guy or a tomboy woman that is your nature and there is nothing wrong with it and be proud of yourself and don't let gatekeepers put you down
