1: Who are you?
I’m Lauren from CA. Your average nerd and I have been playing ukulele for almost 5 years, guitar, and of course the laughing stock of the 4 stringed instruments (viola gang), but I can bs my way around a piano.
2: What genres of music do you prefer?
I listen to a lot of music and with that comes with many different genres. Some of my favorites are rock, blues, reggae, punk rock, pop punk, musicals, and R&B.
3: As far as musicians go, who is or was your teenage idol?
Freddie Mercury, John Mayer, Billie Joe Armstrong, old Taylor Swift, Tyler Joseph, George Harrison, way too many musicians from the 60’s up to now. Seriously if I go on y’all would get bored.
4: What attracted you towards four strings?
Looked interesting.
5: What brought you to this amino? And what makes it better or worse than others?
Browsing through communities and this one seemed cool.
6: What piece or pieces of music are you learning at the moment?
A concerto in g major. As for uke just little techniques and exercises that will hopefully improve my playing.
