Star was in Hotlands, she looked up at Sans post and Wondered how there’s snow on It. Suddenly Zach appeared on top of the Post “hello again!” He shouted.
She was obviously surprised, but she smiled and waved “Oh! Hello!”
He smiled back, noticing that she was looking at the post he picked up a handful of snow “this snow here Is unmeetable, Same reason why sans can make fried snow without the snow melting” he explained “well unless it is on ice”.
“Huh” Star said. “Kinda weird..... but I suppose it’s possible!” They stood there for a second until Zach spoke again “What now Star?” She was going to respond but then realized “Did I tell you my name? I think I might have forgotten”
He looked back at her “nah, I just knew”
“Oh.” Star said “Okay....” He gave her a sharp toothed grin.
Star looked down at the lava “I’ve never actually seen real lava before, until I came to hotlands for the first time. It’s really cool!” Zach thought about this “I think It’s just molten rock”, She giggled “doesn’t mean it’s not cool”. Chara popped out from nowhere, She seemed not to notice the lack of gravity she had “hey Star I- wait” She stared at Zach “oh... its you...”. When Zach saw Chara, something clicked “Oh look it’s the soul skimmer at it again whoopty doo!” “What” he did a little jig and then tried to slap Chara, but his hand went Straight through her face “how many times did you hit your head?” She obviously didn’t understand. Zach moved the hair from his eyes. instead of his usual grey and black, it was red and black. It Almost seemed.
Familiar. He voice transitioned (Jax) it wasn’t Zach normal voice though, “Listen here Charz” the voice said “You can go and run off with Star, i don’t care. you know how much you missed her last reset, so how about you do that?”
“Huh?” Chara looked puzzled. “what you talking about? And do you just call me....Charz?” He tried to get closer to Chara’s face but he tripped and fell. She laughed. “Chara!” Star warned. Zach got up annoyed. he was glitching between two personalities, Himself and...Someone else.

“I need to calm down..deep breaths”. Star and Chara watched, terrified and confused, “UUUUuuuhhh...” now his entire body was glitching, from Someone (They looked familiar, but The children couldn’t think where) to Zach. This went on for about a minute, both trying to gain control, never to fully get it. It shifted back at Zach, then stopped. he ed out, falling to ground. “Oh Jeez.” Star finally said. “Might wanna Call someone” Chara Mumbled. “I have Sans phone number!” She pulled out her phone and pulled up Sans , calling him. Sans picked uP “Hello?” He said from the other line “Hi. hehe. so a funny thing happened...” “Uh huh.” He said, obviously not getting what she meant. “and now Zach is in Hotlands ed out on the ground” she said Quickly, “HE’S WHERE?!” Sans shouted. Star nervously giggled. Sans suddenly appeared next to them “Where is he?” Star pointed to the ground, where he was knocked out AGAIN; he groaned “You’ve got to be kidding me” Sans picked Zach up “Uh. Thanks. See you guys later” He said before teleportIng back to the house. He Set Zach down on the couch.

Zach started to wake up after a few minutes. He looked up “Oh, Hi duncle sans”. Sans turned around “Care to explain why you were in hotlands without me or Papyrus knowing?” He was obviously mad. “ I Went to go talk with Star...I didn’t get enough sleep last night so I ed out” That was a lie, but truth be told, it was better than trying to explain what had actually happen, Zach barely understood himself. “You can’t just go out that far without us knowing! If your going anywhere without telling us, it’ll be Snowdin and Snowdin only. If you got to Hotland without us knowing and something happens to you, how are we supposed to know?” The child mumbled. “Sorry...”. Sans sighed “Don’t do that again, understand?” “I-I understand” Zach finished.
