He's just some guy wandering between realities and selling stuff.
Think wandering traders from minecraft but he actually sells useful stuff and is a skeleton going between universes. :>

Their name could be Chain, but the nickname/name they normally go with, is Merchanted!
Purveyor, its a synonym for merchant and sounds quite nice
