If someone is rude to you, how will you respond to them?

E.g: "Go away leave me alone. You can't tell me what to do. Annoying brat."

I tell them why I'm doing what I'm doing.. and that it IS just my job.

How well can you take hate/harassment?

I simply just brush it off. It doesn't really affect me personally. To be honest, I stay pretty calm. But if it's serious, I ask for help.
