The Future of Royal Writers and Blazeteam

Hi everyone! This is Arrow, the

current Blazeteam Leader, here

with an important announcement

and other things having to do with

our community teams!! This will

be a little bit of a lengthy post to

ensure I’m as detailed as possible,

so buckle in!!

Introduction

First off, I would love to thank you

all for the we’ve gotten ever

since our remake with our monthly

birthday posts and AOTM posts,

along with a few other things we’ve

done in the past! I’ve been working

behind the scenes a lot for the

future plans of the team ever since

Mae retired from leading the team

to ensure a smooth transition

between leaders, and trying to come

up with new ideas of things for us to do.

What does the Blazeteam do?

At one point we didn’t just do birthdays

and AOTM, but we actually did PSA

posts as well. However, after a

discussion between other team leaders

we decided to lay off of PSAs and events

as that wasn’t originally supposed to be

our job, but rather the Royal Writers’s job

as our team focuses on positivity by giving

shoutouts to other along with

other things around the community to

share positivity since a little happiness

can turn a person’s day around.

The announcement:

After a long time of consideration,

me and Pamela have discussed the

idea of collaborating together to

make more PSAs to continue raising

awareness and sharing facts, while also

spreading positivity even if some of the

topics we cover can be heavy for some

to read. Nonetheless, we decided to do

something to give both of our teams a

major boost to give everyone involved

more activities to do and help with more

interaction and content for all of you:

The Royal Writers and Blazeteam will be combining together!

What does this mean?

Simple! This means that we will all

together to make the newly named SWAP

Team, which stands for Spreading Writing,

Awareness and Positivity! This team will be

ran by both me and Pamela, and it will give

us more opportunity to make more events,

awareness posts, and continue doing our

monthly birthdays and AOTM posts with

more hands on deck, and also create new

opportunities for things for all of you to

participate in!! (But that’s for another post,

as we don’t want to spoil everything just

yet!! :eyes: )

Of course we understand for some

this may be a big change, but we are

genuinely SO excited for this to see

how things go and see how far our

team and grow with all of you,

especially with your help!

How can we help or be involved?

A way you can be involved or help us

out is by commenting ideas or things

you’d like to see us do on our Suggestion Page!

This can be from event ideas, to new

types of series you’d like to see!

Another way you can be directly

involved in making posts with us is

by ing the team!! We realized that

we haven’t had applications open in

quite a while, and we’d love to see new

faces the team and help us out

because we could always use more

hands on deck, especially with our

future plans!
