Forgotten past

When you try really hard to find the “bad time”.

The television’s blue light reflects on Kans’ white pelt. He sighs, ready to tell Karra about the hidden part of her past. A little grin figures on his face.

“Well, I guess it is story time!”

The brown cat doesn’t reply, she will soon discover an explication about her missing memories and the unknown voice calling her name.

“Long ago, two races ruled over Earth: Humans and Monsters. One day, war broke out between the two races. After a long battle, the humans were victorious. They sealed the monsters underground with a magic spell. Many years later, a human named Kindness met a monster named Madness. They fell in love and they have a child. She was a forbidden life, the father bring the new-born underground and raise her as a monster.

-Where are you going with this?

-Just listen, I barely have force to talk, so don’t cut me. Seven years later, they reunited under the moonlight. Kindness was horrified when she saw what her first daughter turn into a bloodthirsty killer. She decided to raise the second child they got by her own.”

Seven years, the exact difference between me and Fraisk's age.

“Months later, Humans and Monsters got into another battle. Houses were burned down and livings were killed, Kindness and Madness died in this war. Before this, the father left the children at his friend’s house; he told him that if he never returned, this friend will give them to another family. He asked Madness about the kits’ name and he answered… Their names were Karra and Fraisk.
