Welcome, everybody.

The curators get a lot of hate for not sorting things out, and not being the perfect median of the complaints filtering in from 350k s. I see split arguments all of the time. This blog is here just to put things into perspective for everybody.

s talk about how there is a lack of rules, while others go to curators and hate on them for too many rules.

Its actually hilarious. The gap between the amount of people in this community that want things to change and the amount of people that actually try to change things is ridiculously massive.

There isn't enough high quality crafts, cosplay, contests, stories, poems, food/recipes, or traditional art to make the front page anything different from what it is now. You can't request impossible changes and then immediately turn to everyone's scapegoat "it's the curators' fault. They suck at their job". No. that's not how it works bud.

If you aren't going to go out and seek a change in the community, then the community will die, drowned to death by your weak arguments, lacking evidence and clarity.

Dont get me wrong though! There is SOME constructive .

Constructive is different. It's not hate, so you don't need to "go out and seek change", because comments like these already bring change.

"How do we change the community?" Well, constructive is by far the EASIEST way to get things done, and in some cases, the most effective way. You can also make squads to help the community, you can make posts like this, you can talk to curators and tell them about your thoughts, and you can even just the curators with a friendly "good day!".

Comments like these can save this place.

There are just too many people who list off changes they want to happen, then lay back and expect the world to change in front of their eyes. Hell, at this point, I'm sure those people expect the world to start revolving around them at some point.

What makes you think you can hate on people without even attempting to change the things you supposedly "hate"? And don't tell me "freedom of speech is my right, are you saying I can't say what I want???" You can't be serious, right? Is there ANY public place in the world you can go to where you can say anything you want and not reap a punishment?

This blog is NOT meant to hate on anyone. I'm merely listing the obvious discrepancies in the arguments we're seeing so often. I just want people to know that the world won't change at their command. It'll change with a push and a shove, not with a couple thoughtless words.
