Should this character become an undertale character

heyo guys, I did this drawing for a challenge made by Ross draws. He’s my favourite YouTubed and I’m inspired by his art. The challenge theme was magician and so I did a fire magician. I was wondering, should/could this character become an undertale character. Please let me know down in the comments.
