⇨ Nymeria is often described to have a strong, sharp personality that makes her a formidable force to be reckoned with. She rarely takes nonsense and definitely expects people to show strong etiquette and good morals. She frequently is seen as a brutally-honest therapist who will tell you the truth and nothing but the truth. For this reason, many find her humoring but also intimidating due to the common knowledge that she reads people like a book.

Nymeria knows when people lie, and she sure to call them out on their dishonesty; she doesn’t exactly see the point as to why people must sugarcoat certain things, this became more apparent after her sister’s death and everyone gave her their pity. She absolutely hates being pitied by society, her sister ed, she knows, why bring it up? Are questions she tends to ask when she is alone.

Her brutal honesty can be seen as either a negative or a positive, due to the fact that a problem she often faces is knowing when you be honest and when to be soft. This common behavior of Nymeria’s reflects frequently on her niece, who she shows her more positive traits to.

Nymeria also frequently has panic attacks and mood swings, now more than ever, due to her beloved twin’s death.

Childhood (0-12 years)

⇨ Nymeria was born on March 10, the year is not specified, as an identical twin. While it came as a shock to the family, Lya and Ria’s mother couldn't be more overjoyed with the fact.

Growing up, Nymeria and Nyla were quite literally inseparable. They played together, sang together, read together and more; they even figured out that on occasion, they even knew what each other was thinking. At the age of two, both sisters hit their second milestone of walking, they learned basic words first. The skill at first was a challenge for young Nymeria, she couldn’t find her balance and often over-thought each step she took; she struggled with this for a few months and then learned to clear her head, as her mother liked to put it.

From the age of 3, Ria had found a specific ion that she couldn’t ignore, reading. She was lost in its imaginary worlds that captivated her attention and left her with morals she would often think about. When she tried to get her sister into the wonderful world of books, her sister focused more on the art of music to escape the unbearable reality that they would eventually have to face.

Kindergarten started for them and both seemed to be light years ahead of their classmates, socially, physically and mentally. While they, from a very early age, were considered ”genius children” they often were introverted and Lya and Ria only seemed to associate with each other.

They went through primary school like any normal child and while they did mature faster than most people, that was due to their mother’s genetic history. Nymeria suddenly felt relieving yourself of stress-related activates made you a generally calm and healthy person; her sister had found herself in lots of drama as a tween and often turned to Nymeria for therapeutic advice.

When their abilities began to fluctuate things started to change for each sister, everyone seemed to latch onto Nyla because they saw the powerful, pretty sister as more approachable contrast to Nymeria who was by far more intimidating and poised. Nymeria felt some sort of resentment towards her twin as she couldn’t understand why people didn’t like her; this is when Nymeria started to live for herself.

Adolescence (13-17 years)

⇨ High school rolled around and Nymeria found herself extremely anxious to see how everything would turn out, would she be popular, would she be successful? These were questions Nymeria often asked herself. Nymeria was described to be extremely athletic and competitive, she was an outstanding athlete which achieved she later achieved ”popularity”. Around this time, however, Nymeria became increasingly worried for her sister who seemed to have guys dropping at her feet and kissing the floor she walked on. Nymeria felt that Nyla was only popular because she was pretty and manipulative.

Every month, Nyla had brought home a new guy and just got over him at the end of the month; something about her sister’s behavior made her blood boil and she finally lashed out towards her sister. Angry that Nymeria practically called her a slut, Nyla frequently began ignoring her sister and their feud lasted till they were seniors in high school.

Their feud only got worse when both had their eyes on the title of valedictorian, Nymeria was determined to triumph over her sister, and she did. Nymeria graduated top of her class but her sister fell short by a couple of courses, both later got accepted into good colleges and they wouldn’t see each other for a few years.

Adulthood (18-49 years)

⇨ College was okay for Nymeria; she found herself being called back to New Orleans during Madi Gras and their prestigious balls. Seeing her sister after an extensive period of time, made both parties realize how much they missed each other. At this ball, Nymeria met a well-known law student who she instantly fell for; however, her sister also liked him as well. Once again, Nymeria put her sister above her happiness, and she would later regret that choice.

In the wake of her graduation from college, she received some dire news about her mother's health; her mother was dying. Before she could even come to New Orleans, her mother had ed away in her sleep. Nymeria would always feel guilty for not being there.

She met a man later on, who comforted her and made her feel loved, that she married. She was in such a distraught state, that despite her sister’s warnings, she couldn’t see that this man had been deceiving her for so long. She divorced him and wrote a book called ”The Rose You Once Loved, ” which later became an international bestseller.

Things only became worse on July 16, the date is not specified, when her other half finally left this world too. She was watching the New Orleans local news about a car accident hitting a child and its mother when suddenly she received a call from her brother-in-law who told her that her sister was dead and her niece was comatose.

3 months later, her niece had awakened with no emotion at all which worried the family and Victoria’s father. After months of trying and trying, Victoria was sent to live with Nymeria who raised her to the best of her ability.

Nowadays, Nymeria writes memoirs and stories based on her life; she sent Victoria off to schools away from New Orleans and its crazy environment, claiming the city had lost its class, and to away school where she could meet new people and hopefully regain her emotion.
