You can sign up for Amino+ through the Amino Store. Access this in several ways:

On the Communities tab, navigate to the Store icon in the top right corner. Or just tap anywhere on your profile card.

Navigate to Settings → hip.

hips are available in one, three, and twelve month durations. You can purchase a hip through your app store credentials on:
