It’s really good.
Extra firm tofu, pressed, cut into strips and crisped up with coconut oil, ground ginger, and a bit of soy sauce.

They are tofries. :heart_eyes:
On a tortilla heated on a hot griddle. There is no other valid way to heat a tortilla. :wink:

With chopped kimchi, pea shoots and Korean chili vinegar sauce.

The tofries turned out great. They added crunch to the wrap.

I completely agree about heating tortillas on a hot griddle. That’s the ONLY right way.
