Vegan Cafe Owner Teaches Veggie Chinese (Garlic) Chive Dumpling 🥟 Recipe

【Meat-free】Healthy! Veggie Chinese (Garlic) Chive Dumpling 🥟-[BU]Vegan Cafe Owner Teaches Veggie Chinese (Garlic) Chive Dumpl

• Firm Tofu 1/2 ( 200g )

• Chinese (Garlic) Chive 1 bundle ( 100g )

• Shiitake Mushrooms :mushroom: 3 pieces ( 60g )

• Dried Shredded Daikon (White Radish) 30g

• Ginger 1 clove

• Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon ( 36g )

• Sesame Oil 2 teaspoon ( 8g )

• Potato Starch 1 tablespoon ( 9g )

• Chinese Dumpling Wrappers (Big Size) 20~25 pieces 🥟

• Sesame Oil (for frying) 1 tablespoon (12g)

• Water :droplet: 100cc

Directions:

1.) Drain the 1/2 of firm tofu (200g) and drain with kitchen paper.

2.) Cut 2~3mm width of Chinese (garlic) chive

3.) Cut the stem and take and finely chop the shiitake mushrooms :mushroom: 3 pieces ( 60g ). Take the hard tip and cut the stem into small pieces.

4.) Cut the dried shredded daikon (white radish) into small pieces with a kitchen scissors while still dry. It returns to the water content of tofu.

5.) Grate the ginger or new ginger 1 clove ( 15g )

6.) Mix and mix ~ soy sauce 2 tablespoons ( 36g ), sesame oil 2 teaspoons ( 8g ), and potato starch 1 tablespoon ( 9g ) wrap the ingredients

7.) Place the ingredients into a Chinese Dumpling Wrappers (Big Size) 20~25 pieces. 1 piece 🥟 is about 20g. Put water on the edge of the Chinese Dumpling Wrappers and close it while making folds.

8.) The end of wrapping ~ Let’s fry ~ ! :smile:

9.) Medium heat the fry (frying) pan. Sesame oil 1 tablespoon ( 12g ), set up the dumplings and add a roasting colors.

10.) When it gets brown (roasting colors), add 100cc of water :droplet:

11.) After 4~5 minutes, remove the lid to remove the water.

12.) When the water is gone and it is crispy, turn off the heat and serve on a plate.
