Her origin is unknown, but some gained the ability to use a warframe. She found herself in the holvania 1999.

She seems to stick near her warframe, which reveals to be a frame called Jade, sometimes its a different frame under the name Koumei. Don't know why they prove some significance to her, but she almost makes a big deal when people eye the frames or get near it.
