If you think I’m a horrible leader, than please state so. I don’t mind what you say about me as long as you are being honest and stating what you believe. You think I’m the worst person to ever walk the earth? Than state so! I don’t mind honestly and I want to see this Amino thrive.
Though you may be thinking ‘Lunar, this is so sudden—why are you asking this?’
A few days ago, I was talking to a couple friends and they mentioned how most agent leaders were corrupt, if not playing favorites and choosing curators because of their friendship. And I was talking to a friend a couple minutes ago, and they feel like that I keep putting them down instead of helping them. This is honestly concerning me, since I am worried that you guys may not deem be a suitable leader. If I’m not a suitable leader in your eyes, I will step down from my position as the agent leader if needed. I in fact, did choose curators and leaders based off of a few things:
Are they responsible?
Can they handle the duties a curator/leader has?
Will they not abuse power?
And since at the time, I only knew a few people and I was a brand new leader, I naturally chose those people I felt like I could choose and I’m really glad I have all of you guys. You have to understand that being a curator or a leader, as well as having a high rank is not just a title; there’s responsibilities you must handle effectively. I do hope to hold curator/leader Auditions in the future though.
How do you guys feel about me as a leader? Do you think I’m biased? Should be active more? Hold more challenges? I will accept any and all criticism since I do in fact, want to be a good leader and see this Amino thrive. Feel free to highlight any and all issues that I should know of as well, don’t be shy~

Lunar, listen to me. You are a great leader. Don't let ANYONE tell you otherwise. You are kind, and fair, and in no way "corrupt."
You are such a good person, and a natural born leader. If you hadn't told me, I wouldn't have known this was your first time being a leader. You ARE great, please trust me on this.

I don’t think you’re a bad leader, Lunar, at all. I do believe that you can be a bit rude at times without knowing, but other than that, you seem suitable for such a position. ^^’
