Hello, my name is Shahrizoda and I am called Shaxi by my family.
I am currently 13 years old and in October 11 I will be turning 14.
I currently live in Brooklyn,New York and in the the eastern time zone.
I want to be in this team because I have a ion for writing and I got into creative writing as my middle school talent. I have made a book for a contest in my creative writing classroom called The New World it wasnt entered in because I didnt have a lot of drawings but art isn't was matters it's the writing.
I think I should be chosen because I have a skill set of writing in my body and I could be a great asset to the team with my writing skills. As soon I touch the paper ideas and words start flowing out.

My alarm went off and I woke up excited but also terrified. Today is my first day of 8th grade. I was nervous and scared, but I have heard eighth graders have the most fun. I cannot wait to see my best friend Caroline. I am still a loser though. Another year of name calling and bullying. But at least I got into the top class. Dress to impress is the saying but jeans and a shirt is more than fine.
“I’m going to get going to school,” I said in a soft tone.
I see my dad ready with the car, Off I am to school. As I arrive to school, I see all my friends waiting for me by the door.
“Hey Breeze!” says Caroline.
I smile at her and we walk to our new lockers.
“I hope eighth grade is like what we expected,” I say in a cheery voice.
“Yep” she told me.
We hear the bell ring, and walk to our first class together. Why do we have to start the first day of school with math? I being bullied for not getting the correct answer. Ugh, what idiots. I walk in expecting to be greeted by a new teacher, but no.
I see many kids from my class last year, and apparently the same teacher, that just works as an eighth grade teacher now. Of course, I think. At least we have library next period. I heard we have a new teacher, strict but kind. After a tedious forty-five minutes of math introduction, the bell finally rings.
I run to the library, ing new sixth graders trying to find their classrooms. Approaching the library, I hear a rumor among the seventh graders that there is something interesting behind the library bookshelf.
I quickly go behind the bookshelf while the teacher isn’t looking. When I see a blue glowing book I have a shocked look on my face.
I pick it up and a door opens from the bookshelf and I don’t know if I should go in or not. It was very tempting and thinking it was safe I quickly rushed into the tunnel.
I was screaming the whole way down and I finally fall into a pile of grass. I pinch myself many times hoping it is a dream and I will wake up soon. This is for real, I take a look around of how beautiful the scenery is and I’m just so surprised of how magical this place looks. I wanna stay here forever.
Behind me someone is approaching and when I see their shadow from instinct
I karate kicked them in the gut. When they fall down I say sorry and help them up.
“Hi, I’m Dennis” The boy says.
“Um, hi, I’m Breeze” I reply.
“You look oddly familiar to me” Dennis said in a suspicious voice.
“I don’t know I’ve never met you” I reply.
He grabs me by the hand and leads me somewhere.
“Where are you taking me?” I ask.
“I want to introduce someone to you” He replies
“I have one more question. Where am I?” I ask.
“Were in the greatest place in the world, we call it Chrystolia” He replies in a grand gesture.
While we are walking I see many different animals that I thought didn’t exist. When I saw a unicorn, I wanted to cry tears of joy and ride it but I kept it cool. We stopped and I saw this house which reminded me of the house in the movie Alice in Wonderland.
Very big, different shaped, and mostly very vibrant with colors. We walked inside and I saw this girl sitting on a chair, reading a book.
“Rain I found this girl in our world” Dennis says to Rain.
“Hi, Im Rain” She says as she slowly walk to me.
When I see her face, it was like I was looking in a mirror, a slanted mirror to be specific.
“You look awfully familiar” Rain adds.
“May I know your last name?” Rain asks.
“Avery, Breeze Avery” I reply.
I see Rains eyes widening and she is in a flashback.
“Are you okay Rain” Dennis and I ask at the same time.
“Yes, I’m fine” Rain replies after a second.
There is something with Rain that I just can’t figure out.
“Well, we should take our new visitor to explore and after that we will have dinner” Rain says.
“Sure, let’s go” I reply.
For some reason that name is very familiar. As we're walking Dennis And Rain points out some animals and places we should go see. When I see the unicorn again I run to it wanting a hug! The unicorn walks off like she doesn't care with her eyes closed. Rain and Dennis look at me like I have never seen a unicorn before when they see a unicorn everyday. We stopped walking and went into a sushi restaurant.
After we ordered some sushi and noodles they asked me a question.
“Breeze, How did you get here?” Asked Rain.
“I found a tunnel in my school library and went in” I replied.
“Oh, wow” Rain and Dennis replied.
“It’s getting late we should go back to the house” Rain said.
As we step into the house I get this flashback from when I was young but I can’t believe what I see. I see this little girl next to me and my parents when I was young. I don’t know who that is I am an only child. Both Dennis and Rain go to sleep and then I start falling asleep too. When the sun shines on the window I wake up. The whole night I had a dream about my flashback. I get this thought that I can’t stay here forever I have to find a way out and back to the real world.
“Guys, I need help going back to earth, I love Chrystolia and all but I have to go back to the real world” I say.
“Well the door to the real world disappears and appears anywhere at anytime” Rain said.
“Well we better get searching” I said with a cheerful voice.
While we were searching I saw a strange door hidden in the trees.
“Hey guys take a look at this” I say.
“You found the door Breeze” Dennis exclaims. “
Well bye g-” I try to say.
“Uhh Breeze the door disappeared” Rain says.
“Shoot I forgot that can happen!” I say in frustration.
“Lets keep going” I say in sadness.
After ten tries we just went home.
“Breeze I have to tell you something important” Rain says.
“What is it” I ask?
“Well I know its kinda big to just say this but we are long lost sisters” Rain says in happiness.
“Are you for real?” I ask very confused.
“Yes when we were young we were separated and mom and dad forgot about me..” Rain said.
“Well then we can’t go to my parents… we will go to our parents” I exclaimed.
“But first I need coffee and sleep” I say.
After a good night of sleep we begin searching again but after another ten tries we gave up. I thought I would be stuck here but then the door appears right in front of us.
“Come on Rain, lets go” I say in happiness.
“I can’t go I have to stay here or this world will fall apart” Rain says in tears.
“But ple-” I cry.
Rain pushes me into the door before it disappears.
“Goodbye” Rain says with tears on her face.
I land back in the school library like nothing happened Caroline calls me. If anybody has ever met me I do not give up I persevere. I opened the tunnel again and fell back down right in front of Rain.
“I am not leaving you here I am taking you with me Rain” I say in anger.
“I told you if I go this world will fall apart. You see I am the guardian in this world and when the guardian leaves this world will fall apart”
“So you’re saying that there isn’t any way for you to leave?” I ask with an unsure face.
“Well… I didn’t say that, there is one way” Rain replies with a guilty face.
“What is it?” I ask.
“It is a bit risky. We have to find the girl with the gifted heart” Rain says.
“Who is the girl with the gifted heart?” I ask.
“A long time ago the old guardian of this world granted the girl with the most kindest heart powers” Rain says.
“Well where can we find her?” I ask.
“We can find her on the cloud throne” Rain says
“Let's get going then” I say in a confident voice.
“We have to get to the clouds” Rain adds.
I see rain whistle and a pegasus comes flying in.
“Get on” Rain says.
“Guys, we have to be careful. We have to convince the girl with the gifted heart to let us do this. We have to show her an act of kindness” Dennis says, sounding worried.
Off we go on a pegasus flying to the clouds. This is the best thing I ever did! As we are going above the sky I see the whole world very beautiful.
“We’re here, land safely guys” Dennis screams.
As we were walking up to the cloud thrones I see majestic art pieces.
“Hello it is a pleasure of making your acquaintance” says the gifted girl.
“My name is Ross” she tells all of us. “You are here for something important I see. You have brought the guardian with you too” Ross says
“I want to go to Earth” Rain says.
“Well I can’t just easily help you get to Earth, you have to convince me” Ross says.
“Ross when the door came Rain pushed me in but I came back to get her”
I say.
“I see you all have kindness in you all, and I will grant your wishes”
“I want to go to Earth and wish my family re me and I want a new guardian in this world” Rain says.
“Your wishes are granted good luck you two” Ross says.
We land back in earth and tell our parents about everything. Rain got enrolled in my school and quickly learned the ways of my world. Dennis stayed in Chrystolia but often visits. As soon we trusted Caroline we took her to Chrystolia with us. As we grow up me, Dennis, and Rain tend to forget about Chrystolia but it always lives with us. We can’t forget about Ross, can we now? Ross visits often and as she grows she retires and moves back to Earth. I lived with Dennis as we grew to be the closest of friends. We played together with Caroline, we had fun in the backyard, and as we grew up we helped each other with projects, work, and more. Eventually a day came where I forgot about this whole amazing experience but I still it in my heart.
