Minor Weakness: Lack of intelligence, common sense, and a wild sense of curiosity.

Major Weakness: Fire, as with all Prometheans.

Minor Skill/Trait (you only get 1): Larry is fairly attuned to his control over the Electrification Transmutation, not necessarily just for combat, but as well as sensing currents and channeling electricity to some degree.

Exceptional Skill/Trait (you only get 1): Vitality is the Transmutation that grants Prometheans even more physical strength to overpower their enemies, and Larry, regardless of his slender build, is more than capable of using these abilities to lay the smack down if need be.

Details of Note: Larry just sort of showed up one day with a hole in his head and very little recollection of what happened to cause it. The poor guy hardly even knows much about his own condition.
