I started playing Beat Saber on the Oculus because the beams looked a lot like light sabers from Star Wars. I’m always competing with myself with certain things so I was trying to beat the hard and extra hard levels. I started playing every day longer and longer.
After a while I noticed that my clothes that were tight on my started to fit better, then started to get just a little loose. I realized that with all my playing I was starting to lose weight. I started to eat just a little bit better and I started losing more weight. All in all, so far I’ve lost nearly 50 pounds, all because of Beat Saber on the oculus.
