It is with a heavy heart that I announce today that at the age of 71, WWE Hall of Famer, “Mr. Wonderful” Paul Orndorff has ed away.
His death was confirmed today by Orndorff’s daughter-in-law Amayou who posted a GoFundMe to ask for help with his final expenses.
Orndorff has been in the hospital since early May where he was diagnosed with Dementia, stemming from what is believed to be CTE.
Orndorff is perhaps most notably ed for his 1986 feud with Hulk Hogan, the same year he was named Most Hated Wrestler of the Year. He is also a former WCW World Television Champion and 3-Time Tag Team Champion alongside Paul Roma.
