Ah I feel like it's very difficult to give tips in a single comment! But I'll try

- First it's less about tips or shortcuts and more about being very consistent (drawing very often)

- studying other artists that you like (even watching their tutorials or speedpaints is useful), point out what specifically you like about their work

- don't avoid drawing things you struggle with - be it anatomy, hands, etc, as avoiding it will just make you stuck and eventually you will improve if you try

- figure studies! Drawing from life first to know proper anatomy

- don't worry about finding your 'style' and don't focus much on it, it will develop naturally

- don't be afraid to get out of your comfort zone! Be it style or medium, try different things

- draw a lot of different subjects and don't fixate on the results, it's practice that counts
