1. NOT FANTASY: long story short alternate earth humans as a species are older but civilization is the same and there are many "offshoots" of humans that bare some resembleance to creatures from myth and preferebly our characters would be different species (not fantasy nothing magic about the different species just resemble mythology if you really squint at it)

2. lifelong friend with silent kid: character A has some real sh*t in their past so she doesnt talk much and is incredibly timid our characters are long time friends but character B never was told why character A is so nervous so often

3. no magic x most magic: it would be set in a magical modern day where almost everyone can cast magic with ability being scaled from 1-5 1 being able to make cool stuff happen and 5 being able to do incredible feats although sometimes getting overtaken by the natural magic of the world and loosing control for a minute character A would be the once within about 50 years person ranked at a 6 while character B would have the equally rare trait of having no magic

4. high school heroes: its a world of superheroes and supervillans our characters are both high school superheroes and good friends and character A is just terrible at getting good sleep and one night character B has to save character A's a** and afterwards character B figures out my character A's identity while character A still is clueless

4.5. same super: character A is a hero and character B is a version of the same hero from another universe but was pulled into character A's

5. crossover with real life: someone found a geinie lamp and wished all the creatures from (insert series here) were real one of our characters would be a massive nerd with that series while the other is clueless and while facinated still is trying to figure stuff out (if we do something like star wars some people could be turned into those creatures in this example aliens like togruta twileks chiss and pantorans)

6. godxrandom person: character A is an immortal godlike being while character B is just a normal person and eventually character A falls in love with character B and has to sacrifice their immortality and most of their powers to become human to be with the one they wish to be with but when character A sadly doesnt understand people just having looked for someone kind to spend time with they lost some of their powers to become human though they are still fairly powerful just only with protection (like shields and healing) and transportation "magic" (plot device to keep keep character A from smiting ppl can be changed)

7. jealous partner: character A had an abusive family that eventually abandoned them and after years of no family wanting them their friend character B finally convinced their very wealthy family to take character A in but due to the fact that they grew up with nothing while character B grew up with everything that they could want jealousy starts to brew and eventually starts to form a bitter resentment while character B doesnt know and wants to start dating their lifelong friend

8. aliens not far off: long ago an ancient civilization seeded humans and food they could eat on another planet now in the modern day there are humans and on a far away planet people similar to humans but not at all the same due to genetic manipulation from the aliens and evolving on a separate planet one day character A finds a forgotten alien spacecraft and accidentally goes ftl (faster than light) and crashes the ship on earth where character B finds them and brings them in

9. daily d&d: d&d like world where our characters are just using their class skills and potential spells to just live life (we can hombrew rules to change things that are just game mechanics or to make the rp easier {who wants to keep track of items for magic})

10. spooky comunicator: character A has a once in a few centuries ability to talk to ghosts and character B has no clue about it and wants to be friends

11. language barrier: character A recently moved from another country and doesn't speak english they can read write and understand just fine they just struggle with pronouncing literally anything while character B doesnt have friends and tries to make friends with the new kid at school (cant see where that will go wrong no way communication will be hard)

12. take a break: character A is a rich tech genius and a workaholic one day inviting their friend to stay with them partly because theyre in love partially to get help

13. rich and poor solemates: once soulmates learn of the fact they are such (both get the knowledge together somewhere between the ages of 14 and 18) they have to live together, character A is rich and popular character B however is very poor and unpopular constantly getting bullied by other people including character A, one day they find out they are sole mates

character A who never felt good about the bullying and needig to do so to not get bullied themselves invites character B to their house character B accepts but is still upset about the bullying

14. not a criminal: character A is from a well known and despised crime family but showed no skill for said crime and was abandoned and merely due to the name attached to them constantly get mistreated until one day they meet character B who is the first person to treat them nicely despite their last name

15. cursed comunication: character A was cursed to where (among other things if youre up for it) they cant speak in a way understandable by other people one day character B was the first to be kind to character A and eventually even started to get the general idea of what character A is saying (modified Chewbacca logic)

16. royal pain: a king promotes a guard (character A) to the highest honor being the personal guard for their child (character B) a role feared by all guards because character B is a wild child that is impossible to keep track of and after character B escaped their room character A ends up being locked in character B's room with them

17. rich future tech empire x poor: far in the future character A is the rich heir of a nural and bodily implant company they fall in love with character B and brings them to their home at the top of the city but quickly finds out that due to a broken nural implant in character B glitches can cause them to be unable to move or make it hard to think

18. this will end poorly: character A was not ready for a relationship never having considered what they wanted due to self hatred and anxiety but when character B asked if they wanted to start dating they said yes to avoid being alone

19. robo survival: to save humanity from extinction every human was put into a robot body character A wasnt told of the transfer before it happened on top of it not working right and character B is just a conserned boyfriend/girlfriend trying to keep character A from going crazy

20. hot & wise gets bullied: character A is extremely beautiful but most people see them as just a pretty face but when character B shows up theyre different and see character A for their personality but when they start dating others get jealous and start bullying them both usually in a way involving both in an embarrassing way

21. an old scam: long long ago character A was scammed into becoming a giene by an evil magical salesperson and in present day are found by character B and the two fall in love and so for character Bs third wish they turn the giene human again so they could be together

21.5. new tricks: character B wishes their way around the 3 wishes rule and over time character A looses hope and grows weak while character B grows a crush on their servant but is scared that if they set character A free theyll leave

22.self made god: character A spent years traveling the multiverse getting magic, knowladge, biological enhancements, and tech from all of them eventually they returned to their home world and after a few weeks of living with their new roommate they fall in love with said roommate (character B) and shows them all they can unfortunately though character B's dna wouldn't take the magical and technical changes that character A undertook

this plot would take well to using fandoms in the rp with the fandoms being real in the different universes

23. project prometheus: character A super genius made a form of artificial life them and the artificial life (character B) and the two quickly fall in love but that love is interrupted by character A feeling superior

24. sole mate time loop: characters a and b were found to be sole mates but character A consistently bullies character B so they dont get along and refuse to do what theyre supposed to and sleep with each other so the magic kicks in and are trapped in a time loop until they become a model couple

25. a challenging romance: characters A and B were put in one of those mr beast video situations(trapped together for way too long for money) and during it they fall in love

26. a rough start: characters a and b just started dating but something went wrong (depends on setting) and character A badly hurt character B leaving them both scared and significantly slowing the relationship

27. pulled through time: the beta test for a time machine draged a random person to the future and the extraordinarly rich inventor quickly develops a crush and they start working together and very much falling in love

28. dhampir love story: character A is part vampire but only got the annoying stuff like no mirrors or theyre still allergic to garlic but its not deadly while character A is either human or part something else (og lore is something i love) and while they do fall in love the relationship is muddied by character A's occasional need for blood

29. unyielding life debt: character A is from a culture where life debts are common place (as they can be socially productive and usually can be paid off easily sometimes in a way thats less than moral on the side of the person owed the debt) character B is not from that culture and one day saves character A and while the life debt should be easy to pay off more things keep happening making it harder until its just a chaotic mess
