Appearance	Their one eye is light brown while another is white almost as it's just a frozen ball. Wears a white and black mask, one side is white like in picture and another half of his face side of mask is black.
Weapons	Uses his freeze powers, they have some guns and knifes to use too.

They're a villain who can shapeshift and freeze anything, they're known for going against powerful people, the rich and politician ones that he hates the most. He hates how one people can be so rich and lucky then do something so bad, he thinks that the world is unfair and tries to fix it in his own ways like scaring sometimes killing the ones responsible for it.

There are times when they make freezing explosions when he puts bomb in some kind of popular spot trying to only hurt powerful person without another people included.

He always feels a bit cold but if he gets to fire he might get burnt easily, he got his face burnt with fire too in the accident, he's really sensitive to temperatures.
