Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol. 1 Confirmed for Nintendo Switch
Nintendo held its Nintendo Direct presentation earlier today. One of the titles shown was Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol. 1. This is coming to Nintendo Switch this fall.
The first Metal Gear Solid, Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty, and Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater will be included in Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol. 1 for Nintendo Switch. The Master Collection will also include Metal Gear, the NES version of Metal Gear, Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake, and the Snake’s Revenge NES game. Another title in the compilation is the Metal Gear Solid graphic novel, along with its sequel. In addition to the graphic novels, the compilation will feature the ability to listen to the series’ soundtrack, as well as cool art work and strategy tips on how to play.
Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol. 1 launches on Nintendo Switch October 24. For those not interested in the games released before Metal Gear Solid, there is good news. Players will be able to purchase MGS1, MGS2, and MGS3 separately on the Nintendo eShop. However, there is no word on if either version of Metal Gear 1, Snake’s Revenge, or Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake will be available separately.
