Banana And Peach Smoothie
This isn’t just a good cool-down drink for a warm spring day, it’s also good for a quick fix breakfast or something refreshing to enjoy your afternoon with after a long day of working hard.
« INGREDIENTS »
2 Frozen Peaches
1 Room Temperature Ripe Banana
50ml Milk (regular milk, oat milk, soy milk, nut-based milk — take your pick)
100ml Unsweetened Yogurt (eg. Greek Yogurt)
Additional sweetener if necessary
« INSTRUCTIONS »
1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
2. Place the banana and yogurt closer to the blade and the frozen peaches further from the blade.
3. Blend for 1-2 minutes.
4. Keep running the blender until you get the perfect smooth and creamy texture.
5. To make it more fancy you can serve with diced peaches, additional lime zest, and a straw. Enjoy!

Sweet and Tart Coconut-Fruit Soup
« INGREDIENTS »
15 grams agar / jello powder
65 coconut cream
3 tablespoons sugar (heapful)
600 ml water
Sweetened lemon or orange juice, diluted with water
« INSTRUCTIONS »
1. Boil agar/jello, coconut cream, sugar, and water together. Take care to continue gently stirring to prevent the bottom from burning.
2. Once the mixture boiled, turn off heat and let it to solidify.
3. Cut the block of agar/jello into thick ribbons or cubes, it is your choice. The point of this step is to make it easy to scoop the agar/jello with a ladle.
4. Put agar / jello into the cooled juice, add more ice cubes if necessary.
