Meet Matsuki Tsuchibana. A high school classmate of Kuwabara,Yusuke, and Keiko. Childhood friends to Yusuke and Keiko. She's a strong willed, feisty, and caring person. Usually fighting with the group rather than sitting back and watching. She's the descendant of powerful magicians known as The Black Magicians. Humans who learn the power of magic by utilizing their spirit energy and turning it into raw magic. She is one of the last to exist.

She ventures with the group as one of the only humans alongside Kuwabara who puts up a good fight. She makes sure to keep the team spirit together and fight the good fight. Her feelings slowly form for Kurama over time. But no matter what, the demon world will know the true power of the human spirit.
