Good day citizens of Hyrule!

Ashia here to help teach you all about the wonders of Twili cuisine! I was lucky enough to interview a few Twili visitors and learned about their culture. A huge part of it is food and I was permitted to share what I learned with you all!

Disclaimer: These dishes include ingredients ONLY found within the Twili Realm. Please do not substitute with ingredients from Hyrule or the dishes may turn out foul.

━━━━━━━❰・✧・❱━━━━━━━

✧Common Ingredients✧

Shadowfruit

Strange, luminous fruits that grow on twisted trees. They glow softly, providing both nourishment and a dim source of light.

Shadeshroom

Dark, spongy mushrooms that thrive in shadowy areas, especially caves. They are rich in nutrients and have a slightly smoky flavor when eaten raw.

Spectre Fish

A fish that swims in the murky waters of the Twilight Realm and have translucent, shimmering scales. They could be steamed or dried for preservation.

Whispering Herb

A feathery herb that grows near Twilight pools. When the wind blows through it you can hear sounds eerily similar to whispering. Some say it’s the souls of those long gone trying to speak to you.

Twilight Peppers

Deep purple peppers with a smoky, mildly spicy flavor. They add both heat and a touch of bitterness.

✧Drinks and Meals✧

These 3 courses are traditionally made for coming of age ceremonies and large celebrations.

Duskleaf Tea

A calming, dark tea brewed from leaves that grow only in the deepest parts of the realm. It has a mildly bitter, earthy taste and can be used to restore stamina or focus. It is a common drink among royals.

Ghostly Stew

A hearty stew made from whispering herbs and spectre fish. It allows for slightly amplified Twili magic, especially with shadow manipulation.

Sol Jelly

A dessert made from shadowfruit gelatin and sweetened with a nectar-like syrup. It could have a translucent, ethereal appearance and a subtle, floral taste.
