The Three Dragons - Artwork :dragon:

Hi everyone! Really happy to be posting more on here, and even happier considering WHAT I’m posting today!

I started this drawing in late November but haven’t gotten around to finishing it until now, and I am SO HAPPY to finally be doneee!!

It has been glaring at me for months-

I am not the first to do this, but I really wanted to give it a try. So I have drawn the three dragons how I imagine them as people!

Now, it is likely that they could all be different species, but I decided to go for only Hylians this time. Although I did give them the longer ears of past times!

As I was working on this I realised that I really wanted them all to look very different from each other, and it’s honestly what I like about this drawing most. They’re all so beautiful, but in different ways, representing very different elements.

I also wanted the backgrounds to reflect the areas where they dwell, which ended up with me frankenstein-ing the settings a bit, but I think it turned out quite nice!

I really cant pick a favourite, they’re all just so…Barbie?! Does that make sense to anyone else…??

Though I will say that my art style kinda started to evolve right after working on Naydra so her rendering is a bit different which bothers me. I also put her in the middle because I thought her horns would be easiest to draw from the front but guys I was so wrong :sob:

I’ve kind of been struggling with art for a while now. There was a time in my life where I just didn’t have time for it which honestly was really hard on me. But seeing my art improving and evolving like this fills me with so much joy! I can’t the last time I was this happy and proud about a drawing.
