Overview: An aloof, flirty nobleman who is in the king's inner circle and is his advisor. Acts as a mediator as well- he lives in the castle, though it's obvious he isn't from the area due to his slight accent. Felix LOVES meeting new people and socializing, and he has a ton of small hobbies he likes to indulge in, such as bird watching, raising exotic animals, gardening, and baking.
