All I know about stellium is you must hav more than 3 sign in one zodiac, so let say if I have Pisces sun, moon and chiron in my chart does it count as stellium, does lilith, juno, spica, etc other random sign can be count as stellium

No, only the planets and maybe the ascendant count in as a stellium. Asteroids typically don't count.
So you have to have 3 planets(or more) in one sign in order to have a stellium, as previously mentioned, even though the ascendant isn't a planet it can count in as well.
