tutorial in ibis paint x ^__^.   this edit tut

is specifically made for beginners who

would like to learn the basics of ibis.

all steps mentioned in this tutorial will

be detailed with screenshots attached

so all of these instructions will be very

easy to follow! let's get started with the

tutorial ☆.    keep in mind that there will

be a part 2 linked below !

ibis paint x is a popular and versatile drawing app

available on google play and app store.     keep in

mind that ibis paint and ibis paint x are two differ

–ent     apps as ibis paint is a paid version of ibis

paint x. as mentioned, it's mainly used for digital

art/drawing however,      it is also a great tool for

graphic    design   and   editing   because    of its

features and can be a good free version of adobe

photoshop.

＿＿＿＿ 𓄼 how to open a canvas 𓄽 ＿＿＿＿

on ibis paint x ?

step 01 — open ibis paint x. you should see

the home page of ibis paint with 'my gallery'

and 'online gallery'.            once you do, click

'my gallery'.

step 02 — all of your past canvases are loc-

ated in 'my gallery' ! all of them are automa

tically saved once you make a canvas with

pre-existing edits or content.

to make a new canvas, press the '+' symbol

at the bottom left corner of your screen.

step 03 — a list of canvas sizes should app-

ear on your screen. for this tutorial i will be

using a square (1:1) sized canvas. click the

drop-down   button   beside   the   1:1   (SD)

button then, click 1:1 (2K) for a better quali-

ty for your edits.

step 04 — a white blank canvas should app-

ear ^__^. that means you have successfully

opened a canvas. this is how you begin mak

-ing an edit which i will have tutorials for in

the future !

to come back to your gallery, press the '←'

symbol, then press 'back in my gallery'.

＿＿＿＿ 𓄼 how to import an image 𓄽 ＿＿＿＿

as a canvas ?

step 01 — press the '+' symbol at the

bottom left corner of your screen.

step 02 — the list of canvas sizes will

appear on your screen again. this time,

press 'import picture'.

step 03 — your gallery images should

show up !     the location of your image

depends on how your phone organizes

your folders. i use an android phone so

my images are usually located in the

recent, pins, or s folder, dep-

ending on the location of the desired

image.

click the image you'd like to edit.

step 04 — you will see certain text relat

-ed to the 'extract line drawing' and 'ba-

ckground removal' features.   these are

not necessary when we'll edit !

press cancel everytime you will import

images or edit resources from your

phone gallery.

step 05 — your image is now a canvas !

this feature is useful for quickly editing

images without having to do extensive

adjustments of the canvas. i personally

use this for quick edits such as profile

icons.
