Hey everyone! We’re back this week with the second part of the self care challenge! I am SO proud of all of you who participated, and , these challenges are ongoing, you can participate any time! So if you don’t have time this week, don’t sweat it!
This week’s theme is: How you deal with stress.

Last week we discussed our current after school routines. Now we’re going to dive a little deeper, and explore:
• What causes you to stress? Be specific.
• How do you combat and cope with it?
• If you don’t, what can you do to start coping with it?
Don’t be afraid to do a little research!
Be creative with your blogs, share some tips and advise if you can, but most importantly, this is a chance for you to be open, a little journey of self discovery that we study buddies can all have together :heart:

Next week, we’ll be learning how to create a self care routine, which I’m super excited for! ^u^
