There can be training areas that can enhance the students Recuses as in saving people from the situations that they're in. There are some training that they already do that but to make sure that they're working together to make them at least active at their thinking and Recuses.

Maybe another thing is that there could be more training on there psychological or mental (either their mental health or their willpower of their mind), that way they can handle anything through their mind if there is something troubling them or a villian has a mind type quirk.

I liked Mt. Lady's crash course on speaking with the media.

Communication Studies are really underrated, as public speaking is a core skill that everyone should be able to do well.

I also think that a bit of psychology should also be taught, as heroes go through a lot of psychological trama and finding a way to deal with it or be aware of resources available to them will most likely keep them sane and not teeter into villiany.

probably do more field studies like actually throwing them out into the real world to observe pro-heroes at work and interact in the community

it would probably make them more integrated on wanting to protect their city and the civilians if they knew them personally and also have more appreciation along the way
