Physical
The basic stuff. What is their age, gender, race nationality, height, size, health, assets, flaws, sexuality, gait, and voice?
Physiological
Intelligence, temperament, happiness, attitude, self-knowledge, unconscious aspects, habits
Personal
Family, friends, colleagues, birthplace, childhood, education, hobbies, beliefs, values, lifestyle, martial status, religion, profession, possessions, wealth
Personality
Wants, hopes, fears, thoughts, memories, resentments, dreams, denial
Practices
Says, eats, wears, buys, works at, plays at
Other tips that can help
-know how your character's speech, mood, and behavior changes according to who they're with and where they are
-give your character contradictions and conflicts
-consider their influences
