I can now say that, without a doubt in my mind, Xenoblade Chronicles Definitive Edition is my favourite game ever, suring MGR:R with flying colors.

Metal Gear Rising Revengeance

This game has excellent combat, not particularily the most intensive hack-and-slash combat one can get but I like it that way. Fairly simple yet still insanely flashy.

edit: I played hard mode and it's not actually that easy

Metal Gear Solid 2

The general consensus is that MGS2 is the worst Metal Gear game, but I like it the most. The setting is really cool and Raiden is one of my favorite protagonists, despite people saying he's bland I don't agree. ESPECIALLY once Revengeance rolls around he becomes badass on a similar level to Doomguy.

Shadow of The Colossus

A game I played quite recently. Games I have played recently have a lot to live up to with Xenoblade and Metal Gear practically permanantly topping my list of favorite games but this one is close to suring at least Metal Gear.

Shadow of The Colossus is one of the greatest games of all time, listed as one of the essential video games you need to play before you die, and is also considered as a true piece of art. I now see why. But I won't tell you, it's up to you to play it yourself. It's probably not what you would think if you've never seen it before.

Ico

The physical prequel and spiritual sequel to Shadow of The Colossus, the game controls similarly but the concept is entirely different. A young boy born with horns sent to an abandoned castle to be locked away finds himself on a journey to escape the castle with a girl whose skin is as pale as the moonlight. I haven't even finished the game as of April 20th, 2020, but I still consider it one of my favorites. It's just that good.

Hades

Hades is one of those games where I was EAGER to play more of it. That usually doesn't happen unless I really like a game. But Hades is just chock full of content, there's so much I haven't done and I've played it for 30 something hours. My favorite thing about it is the game is FULLY voice acted, like literally everything. Even useless banter is voiced. There's so many unique voice lines that it apparently took them more than 3 years to record it all.

Super Mario Galaxy

This game is one of my favorites not only because of nostalgia, but because it truly is a really good game. The music is of course catchy and memorable and so are a lot of the Galaxies, but Rosalina's Storybook is also memorable. Super Mario Galaxy 2 is obviously better in most ways but I preferred 1's Hubworld and Rosalina. Even though there is no goofy planet gravity in the hubworld I still prefer it because it feels more homely and calming. Seeing parts of the observatorium light up and become active also felt good.

I cried non-stop for 30 minutes after watching When Marnie Was There, my eyes hurt so badly from crying so much. That movie hit me in the feels so hard.

The "anime movies" section should be filled with only studio ghibli movies, because ghibli movies are undoubtedly the absolute best, but it would be unfair to only list ghibli movies so I included a Yu-Gi-Oh movie I like.

Some things you should know about me

• My favorite movie is just about any Studio Ghibli movie, especially When Marnie Was There, but I also like the MCU and the LOTR trilogy.

• My favourite movie in the MCU is Captain America: The First Avenger.

• My favourite anime is JoJo's Bizarre Adventure. Don't get me wrong, it has glaring flaws and it's not even that much better than most animes. But it's my favorite.

• My favourite game franchise is Metal Gear Solid.

• My favourite one game is Xenoblade Chronicles: Definitive Edition.

• My favorite drink is kind of strange, it's made with aloe jelly and it tastes like grape but it's awesome. I also like Dr. Pepper.

• I like most music as long as it has meaning (not only in lyrics, a good song can convey meaning or evoke feelings without using words...) and sounds pleasant, which eliminates most rap music.

• I am Canadian. I have never travelled outside of Canada except for one time on a special trip to Orlando Disney World. It was a 1 day trip for "special" kids and it was rushed and shitty. My favorite thing at Disney World was in fact, not a ride or food or anything (though I did like the completely normal cup of lemonade sherbet that you can get anywhere.), it was the 3D movie theater that actually worked. 3D glasses have never had an effect for me until then so my mind was blown. The characters were actually turned 3D by putting the glasses on. It felt like if they got any closer I could feel them.

• I have Aspergers. I also really don't like a lot of people. It's hard for me to talk to people and make friends. Especially in real life.

• I love Yu-Gi-Oh! I have a pretty massive collection of Yu-Gi-Oh cards including some that range into the $100 mark.

• I hate Pokémon! The games manage to get less and less impressive and more disappointing as time goes on and the card game is a pile of shit. The anime's still don't hold a candle to Yu-Gi-Oh! anime's but those Yu-Gi-Oh animes are getting pretty bad too. Looking at you, Yu-Gi-Oh Sevens. (update: Yu-Gi-Oh Sevens is the only yugioh show to have a different animation studio. Thats why it looks like a bunch of toddlers drew the show. its so bad... why not use the animation studio that made the other 6 shows? why does the original animation studio quit now?)

• I like most kinds of food, my favourite being East Indian. Korean food is great too.

I would have liked to embed this in my profile but amino is the shittiest app in the history of mankind and wont let me. This song interests me because the 'clapping' rhythm used in the song is a rhythm on the wooden musical spoons that I learned very prominently in the Métis culture classes that we often took in my old school. It's actually not very interesting but the song reminds me about it so, yeah.
