Appearance: a large scar across his chest from a blade strike, White medium length hair, a thin beard, a slight scar across his check and on the top of his eye both from being grazed by bullets. His mark of the outsider is located on his right hand. He has multiple other scars.

Outsider powers: blink , bend time , possession,pull, dark vision, domino, far reach (only pulls objects and people towards him.) Summon Assasin.

OC specific powers: Blinding light, blind your opponent for 5 seconds to get a upper hand or escape (costs 25% mana). Locust swarm, summon infected Locust which will sting enemy's draning there mana slowly over time (costs mana over time.)

Backstory: Locus is one of the remaining Daud assasins and still continues to assasinate today but instead of for Daud's wishes he dose it on his own trerms taking out corrupt government and gang leaders and such. He woke up in a dream one day and looked aroumd him something wasen't quite right it was colder and darker than it usally was Locus got up to investigate only to be greeted by the Outsider the outsider like he did with corvo gave him blink and made Locus go through trials to get his power of blink the outsider at the end rewarded him with the mark and a rune tracking device that fits onto his glove when wrapped correctly. Locus today continues wandering the streets of dunwall making sure to get every last one of the corrupt officals or gang or leaders.

Allies: non corrupt political officals

Enemy's: all the gangs, overseers, and gaurds under command of corrupt officals

Home of the blood story: Locus is put into void stasis of sorts and over time gets a black master assasin coat with red accents and a whaler mask that is grey and wahses out with black outlining. (Note that Locus is also seen wearing this coat often not a new addition)
