Its actually my first time being a leader for me, so im still new to all of this "leader stuff".

So sometimes i might not make the right call, or i might not be what you guys want, im still trying to improve my leadership and im trying to not make the mistakes that other leaders do sometimes. But im also human so they are and so are you, we all do mistakes but lets respect each other and respect each other opinions

As a leader i feel like i have alot of obligations and im trying to be close to you guys as much as i can. But you guys have to help too ~
