Seeker Of Demon Completed

After a few days of practicing, I finally completed Seeker Of Demon. Because of this, I decided to talk about this accomplishment on here as well as give the level a small analysis.

Attempts

I'm probably going to have even more attempts now that I have to rebeat the level for proof, but it took me 339 attempts to beat the level. That probably indicates that I suck at the game.

Gameplay

The gameplay was mostly small memorization that you got used to after playing a couple of times. The gameplay is decent but there's some parts where it's downhill like at the end where there's multiple orbs you have to hit in a row or when you go through an orb spam section. The end of the level didn't fool me at all since I knew the correct path from practicing. The only good part of the gameplay was when you had to break a couple of blocks but leave a couple to use as platforms.

Sync

The sync was horrible. - didn't even try to make it sync. There was some parts that synced, but it probably wasn't on purpose. This was back when sync didn't matter and made levels super hard to like nowadays.

Design

What do you expect from an early easy demon? The levels design doesn't look finished and there's floating blocks in some parts. Orbs are used as text that take up most of the screen and sawblades are spammed everywhere. Some parts look decent, but some parts make you question how the level got featured in the first place.

Reward

Since this is a demon level, I obviously got 10 stars and 500 mana orbs. Since it was my 5th demon, I got this ship.

( That's totally not Firey' style. )

Anyways, because I have the 5 demons ship, I finally have all of the ships added in 1.4!

I also got all of my quests filled up from completing the level. I'm close to 5,000 diamonds.

Although SOD is a medium demon and my first medium demon, I think that the gameplay makes it an easy demon.

Hopefully this post doesn't get taking down as I try to rebeat the level.
