hey, it's Ty from the LT. recently, we have seen an increase of underage people on this Amino. so, to clearly state it:
Amino is a 13+ app.
unfortunately, anyone under the age of 13 isn't allowed to be on the app. this Amino is no different. this may sound harsh, but - if you are under 13, please leave the Amino until you turn 13.
if you do not, and we find out that you are underage, you will be banned until you turn 13.
this is not meant to be a punishment, but a safety concern. if Amino found out there are underage , they could disable the Amino as a whole.

I finding Amino when it first came out and I was about 10. I got on it and stayed and to be honest, I enjoyed it a lot but really, I think I should have waited. There were many things I wasn’t ready for and I wasn’t aware of the whole 13+ rule for a while surprisingly. But seriously, it’s not a good idea to be on here if you’re under thirteen, it goes against Aminos TOS
this isn’t amino being a bitch, all social media sites are 13+ due to COPPA. amino is avoiding fines or potentially being shut down as a social media platform as a whole
