The Freezing Point :snowflake: ~ Winter Wonderland Olympics Opening

Welcome everyone to the beginning of our Opening Ceremony for our Winter Wonderland Event!

Now some of you may be wondering...

What is this Winter Wonderland you speak of?

Well to those of you who asked~

Winter Wonderland, better known as The Freezing Point is the staff and my version of the Winter Olympics (obviously downgraded to meet online standards). We came up with this event to celebrate the anniversary of this community's birth. A lot of things have changed over the year and we'd just like to thank all of those who've stayed, and even the ones who recently ed our family. We couldn't do this without you!

The Freezing Point Olympics is a four week long event with multiple challenges. Different teams battle against each other trying to win the most challenges and earn points. The team and also the with the most points at the end win huge prizes!

Now onto how to partake in this glorious event!

Firstly if you voted and haven't already, you MUST our teams. They are crucial and you will not be allowed to make posts regarding the event if you don't.

Our current teams are:

Team Frostbite :snowflake:

Team Candy Cane :lollipop:

Team Firewood :fire:

& Team Snow Angel :angel:

Once you have ed a team you MUST put the team name in a hashtag form next to your name. If you are having trouble with this, ask a running the chat. Get to know your fellow teammates, as you will be spending this entire event with them!

When participating in the challenges you as an individual will be allowed only ONE entry each. If you make multiple posts for said challenge, the judges will only count one of them. So make sure it's the one you want submitted!

You are allowed to collaborate with your teammates!

Just know that if you do, that will be the collective group's entry for that challenge.

And lastly. Make sure that for each entry you make, that you are placing the challenge hashtag somewhere within the post. Otherwise the judges won't be able to see it, and nor will your post be counted for.

Hello hello! 'Tis Neider, and I'll quickly explain to y'all how to get points, and prizes! Everyone's favorite part.

Now, as you guys know, there're judges for these Olympics!

The judges are half of the key to getting points. First half being your entries, obviously. Now, the judges for this event will choose a top 3 for every challenge. The top 3, well, they'll be earning points.

To get more detailed, if you don't get it;

Judges will choose a top 3 from all 4 teams, Team FB, Team CC, Team FW, and Team SA. That'll be 12 entries. (Ex. 3 × 4 Lmao m a t h)

Out of the 12 entries chosen, the judges will then choose a 3rd, 2nd, and 1st place.

This system will repeat for each challenge, and the points for each placement will add up towards the end.

In the end, it'll be 4 entries who won 3rd in a challenge, 4 who won 2nd in a challenge, and 4 who won 1st place.

1st place = 4 points

2nd place = 2 points

3rd place = 1 point

From there, the team with the most points at the end wins the Olympics, and gets a big prize! As well as the three with the most points!

Now... I'm sure y'all might've skipped to this part in excitement. The Prizes~

1st place winners will, in their teams individually, get a title (for each member), and a big group drawing of their characters done by one of the staff, such as Me, TwilightMidna18, and FireWolf56!

2nd place will get drawings and titles as well. But their drawings won't be as detailed as 1st place.

3rd place will simply get titles.

The three with the most points in the end will get shoutouts, titles, and their posts will be featured again.

These will be your wonderful judges for the event period. Please don't harass them about picking your entry, as that will further lower your chances of winning.

So once more we will repeat these rules in short . For the convenience of you guys.

1) Don't copy/steal someone else's work!

2) Keep your entry related to the challenge and to the

team you're representing!

3) Don't be disrespectful against others just because

they're on another team! We don't want to see

unnecessary criticism!

4) Only your first entry will count, but if you want you can create multiple entries!

5) Make sure to keep it related to the topic af the

community and always follow our guidelines!

6) Collaborations between teammates are allowed (a

collaboration between two teammates for example counts as one entry for both persons)!

7) You don't have to enter every challenge, if you want to, but it increases your chances of winning!

8) Don't go into other teamchats!

9) Don't change teams throughout the Olympics!

10) You are only allowed to ONE team! If we caught

you ing multiple chats and spying on the other teams, you will be disqualified!

11) When you a chat you have to put the team

name behind your name, that way we know

which team you are in!

12) Don't forget the hashtag! Every challenge will have a special hashtag for every team! Put that hashtag into your post, so the judges can find your entry!

13) Be nice and have fun!
