There are several ways a
can be harmful to others, and
we don't that. Bullying
and harassment isn't allowed in
any way, shape, or form.
Bullying means to interact with
someone with the intent to harm,
intimidate, or coerce. Harassing
means to aggressively intimidate
or pressure another person.
Harassing can also mean
disrespecting and ignoring
somebody's wish to avoid
.
This PSA will include staged
screenshots to be used as
examples.

 ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄
Cyberbullying is bullying that
happens online. , just
because you're online doesn't
mean your words or actions don't
have consequences. You can still
hurt and scare others.
Common methods of
cyberbullying include hateful
comments towards one's race,
gender, sexual or romantic
orientation, religious or spiritual
belief, or perceived intelligence.
It also includes lying or defaming
a in hopes that they will get
in trouble with the staff .
They can do this through editing
screenshots and other proof,
gathering fake witnesses, or
trying to spread rumors without
any evidence.
Keep in mind that bullying isn't
allowed anywhere. Not in public
chats, private chats, posts,
or comments. If somebody
comments something hateful
or inappropriate on a blog of
yours or your wall or their own,
please report them. Moderating
comments is just as important
as moderating chats.
Here is an example of bullying

Things like this can be reported
Even if the insults used aren't
personalized or targeted to a
specific aspect of somebody's
identity, if it's made with the intent
to insult or harm, it's not allowed.
Here are some examples of what isn't bullying
![:round_pushpin: PSA | Bullying & Harassment-[BCU] :exclamation: 𝗽 𝘀 𝗮 𝗮 𝗹 𝗲 𝗿 𝘁 :exclamation:
:white_small_square: by : @rin](https://image.staticox.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fpm1.aminoapps.programascracks.com%2F8576%2F512d83aa7b9ea25e1a92fb309056b610ccb10f62r1-750-1000v2_hq.jpg)
These aren't reportable
Correcting or respectfully
disagreeing is not bullying, and
neither is overreacting to
something unless something
harmful is said.
Speaking of overreacting, being
cyberbullied does not give you
a free to bully back. We do
not aggressive or hateful
responses, so be careful about
how you respond to trolls or
bullies.
Here is how you shouldn't respond
![:round_pushpin: PSA | Bullying & Harassment-[BCU] :exclamation: 𝗽 𝘀 𝗮 𝗮 𝗹 𝗲 𝗿 𝘁 :exclamation:
:white_small_square: by : @rin](https://image.staticox.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fpm1.aminoapps.programascracks.com%2F8576%2Fb6979214296038c330a4df419276a8ed795e3df8r1-750-560v2_hq.jpg)
This can be reported, with consequences
Responding like this will
result in you getting punished
as well as the instigator. Be on
your best behavior at all times.
When bullied, it's best to just
report and ignore them. We
encourage s to not reply to
bullies at all, but if you do, be
careful to reign in your emotions.
Bullying isn't always obvious at
first glance. Bullies don't always
use obvious insults. Sometimes,
a targeted attack against
somebody's psyche is only
recognizable by the victim.
Here is an example of a targeted attack
![:round_pushpin: PSA | Bullying & Harassment-[BCU] :exclamation: 𝗽 𝘀 𝗮 𝗮 𝗹 𝗲 𝗿 𝘁 :exclamation:
:white_small_square: by : @rin](https://image.staticox.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fpm1.aminoapps.programascracks.com%2F8576%2Fb75814983ea72e70b8f95224945b9d16c67465b3r1-750-816v2_hq.jpg)
This is reportable
In typically situations and
conversations, sending an
image of a skeleton would have
no punishment. However, in
the situation above, the
would be punished. They sent
the image knowing full well the
other would be upset by it. It's
a targeted attack.
:exclamation: public chats :exclamation:
 ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄
A lot of bullying takes place
in public. If you're bullied in
a public chat, take the same
precautions as if it were in
private: report and ignore the
bully. Please keep in mind that
you can, and are even encouraged
to, report a bully that is bullying
somebody else. You don't need
to be the victim to report the
bully.
Group bullying, is, in essence,
several s attacking, insulting,
or intimidating one or multiple
in a chat. They use
similar methods that are used in
private, but there's also a
technique called raiding. A lot of
times, a malicious group will
chat(s) at the same time to spam
it. Even if spam doesn't have
malicious content, it can be
reported. Keep in mind that
spam isn't just fast-paced
conversation: it's a fast-paced
repetition of words or images.
Spamming isn't the only type of
raiding, though. If a group s
a chat at the same time and
immediately starts causing
trouble by bringing up old drama
(even if they weren't a part of
the drama they bring up) or
fishing for victims, that can be
reported too.
A lot of bullying can take place
over voice chat. In this case, it's
hard to collect proof of bullying,
unless you just happened to
be recording. If you do have a
recording, we allow those to be
used as proof. If not, then you'll
need to collect as many
witnesses as possible to back
up your claims. Witnesses are
people who were present during
the bullying, not just people
you've told about it.
Another method of bullying
in public chats is when a
is removed for seemingly no
reason. If this ever happens
to you, don't immediately turn
to the staff, because there's a
chance it's a misunderstanding.
the host to ask why you
were removed. If they don't give
you a good reason, or don't
respond within 24 hours, then
you can the staff for
assistance.
:exclamation: reporting :exclamation:
 ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄
To make sure the staff have the
full context and all the information
about the incident, we have a few
rules for making a report. We
require:
• A full, uncropped screenshot
• Links to all culprits
• Links to all witnesses, if
applicable
• Link to the chat it happened in,
if it was in a public chat
Examples of reports

:exclamation: flagging :exclamation:
 ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄
As I'm sure many of you have
noticed, posts, wikis, chats, and
messages have the option to
flag. s are able to flag
anything they think breaks the
rules. You might choose to flag
rather than report for a variety of
reasons. Maybe you don't think
it's a big enough deal to
the staff, maybe you're not sure
if it's against the rules, or maybe
you're uncomfortable around
staff. Either way, you should know
what flagging does. Sometimes,
it files the flag in a tab leaders
have access to, so they can
review it and decide what to do.
Others alert a bot to a potential
issue, and never es through
our hands. In the following
screenshot, the categories
with checkmarks go to the tab
that leaders can access, and the
ones with Xes go straight to a
bot.
