Welcome to Overrated VS Underrated! Some of you may have played this game before, and we’re happy to have you back! For s new to OvU, we hope you’ll have a great first time with this event!

OvU is an event where s are split into two teams, and these teams will compete to get the most points by the end of the month. There’s prizes for the winning team, as well as for the s who earn the most points for their team! Read ahead for more details on how to participate.

How to Participate

ing a Team

To this event, comment a “ :baby_chick: ” emoji on this post. After commenting, a will reply to assign you to a team as soon as possible. Once you’re assigned a team, follow your team captain so they can add you to your team’s private chat!

Being in your team’s chat is required to earn prizes, but you don’t have to chat if you don't want to. Chats will be used primarily for team to get to know each other, and captains will also use them to give updates on the event. Be sure to check it now and then!

If you aren’t added to your team’s chat within 24 hours of being assigned to the team, please your captain!

Making Entries

Making entries for this event is simple! You’ll be making content (art, writing, etc) and posting it, and this earns your team some points. Your entries can be about any character(s) from your team’s character list. You can make as many entries as you’d like too! Once you post an entry, your captain will tally up the points it earned and add them to your team’s total. Think of it as an art fight!

Every week there’ll be an update posted that shows where both teams stand. The leading team will get a small prize, and the runner-up will get a point boost for one type of content! Keep an eye out for these to help your team gain advantages!

Use your team’s hashtag and the event hashtag in all your entries!

Point Values

The amount of points earned by an entry depends on what kind of content you make. Here’s the points breakdown:

Edits and Unfinished Art*: 1 point

Finished Art*: 2 points

Writing, Comics** & Animation**: 3 points

Crafts & Cosplay: 5 points

*Colored & shaded is considered finished, and less than that will be considered unfinished. Please your captain if you want to know what a specific artwork will be worth!

**Comics must have 3 s minimum to earn 3 points. Animation needs 3 frames minimum to earn 3 points.

If you want to make something not listed here, please your captain so they can decide how many points it’ll be worth!

Rules

Follow the [Guidelines]

All entries must follow our Guidelines, and s must also follow them in their team’s chat.

No Team Changing

Team assignment is random to ensure both teams have the same amount of s. Attempting to be assigned to a new team will result in disqualification. If you need to change teams because you’re uncomfortable with someone on your team, please your captain right away.

Listed Characters Only

Entries may only feature characters listed in your team’s roster. AU designs and other self-made versions of listed characters are permitted.

Use the Hashtags

All entries must contain #TeamUnderrated25 depending on your team.

Entries that break any rules will be disabled and/or not counted for points. Guideline violations in entries or team chats may result in a being kicked and/or disqualified..

Prizes

Winning Team

At the end of the month, this prize will be awarded to the team with the most points. Everyone who made at least one entry gets 500🎟 and a special preset title themed after the winning team! Information on claiming this prize will be given at the end of the month.

Team MVPs

At the end of the month, the top three point earners from each team will get a special prize for all their hard work!

Top MVP: 1,500🎟, 1,000 AC

2nd MVP: 1,000🎟, 750 AC

3rd MVP: 750🎟, 500 AC

All MVPs will get their MVP prize on top of any other prizes they earn. Additionally, all MVPs get the preset title “🏅 OvU MVP 🏅”!

If you already have the MVP title, you’ll receive 1,000🎟 tickets instead!

Weekly Prizes

Small prizes will be given to the leading team each week. Keep an eye out for these, and claim them when they come up!
