A spooky night

#AOTSpooktober Day 10

In a land far away, where ghouls reigned supreme, lived a doctor named Armin Arlert. Renowned for his intelligence, he is to date the only human that has ever been allowed live amongst the ghouls for reasons only known by them. That reason was the birth of one Eren Yeager, a monster created by the doctor that for some reason snaps at the sight of fire, wrecking havoc wherever he can. The reasons as to why are still and unknown and may never be known. But now we move away from my narration, although my spooky voice is clearly the best for this occasion, in favour of a vampire known as Mikasa Ackerman. A vampire that is terribly feared amongst humans and must leave twice a month, with the rest of her clan, to scavenge for blood in the human world.

Mikasa's POV

The day had started out pretty normal, like any other day. Well, almost any other day. I had just gotten back from my biweekly hunt for blood, so really it was like any other day in every other two weeks. But I'm getting off topic so I'll stop there. Since I had just gotten back from my hunt, I had less time than preferred to prepare for the annual Halloween Get Together, Halloween being a term we had learned from Armin and we used it to signify whenever October rolled around and it was on its dying breath to meet up and talk about everything that has happened this year. Meanwhile the humans used it to apparently celebrate us, something that I will never understand as we sometimes make their lives a, as Jean would say, living hell. But I didn't have enough time to think about these things, I had a party to get to

My turn already? Well, seeing as the lovely Mikasa has dire things to attend to, why don't we go over and see how Dr. Arlert and his monster are doing?

Armin's POV

"Come on Eren! Let me just put your head on your tux body so we can get going!" I yelled at my creation, who was clearly not following direct instructions from his superior, me. "No way Armin! I'm not going!" he yelled at me while trying to bite my hand off, as if he had any say in the matter. There was no way I was leaving him alone here in my lab, a place where he could mess a lot of things up, while I went to the party, so the only other option was to take him with me to mingle with the other monsters. Unfortunately, as usual, he wanted to stay in seclusion. Why it is he favours that instead of going out I will never know. But right now he is not just going to sit around in here and wait for me to come back. He is coming with me, no matter what.

1 hour later

Eren's POV

Today I've been forced by my master to partake in the annual meet up on Halloween. The reason I didn't want to go, and it's a reason I shan't reveal to anyone, is because there's obviously going to be fire involved. But I'm just gonna have to man up and tough it out. And, now that I think about it, I'm probably gonna have to ignore whatever girl comes my way. The cost to pay for the good looks my creator bestowed upon me. "We're here!" I heard Armin yell before suddenly being overrun by whom I assume was the host of this event. "Armin! You're here! And you brought Eren" the man yelled. I then learned his name was Erwin, as Armin and him left me alone to talk possible business. Or maybe about their lives.

After that, the night went on as peacefully as it could. Of course a few got drunk, and some girls got rejected on this day (as it was rumoured to be the day no boy nor girl could ever reject you). Eren finally got out of his shell and talked to people (more specifically Mikasa and getting into a fight with Jean), Levi finally left his tea for coffee (a miracle among all who know him) and Armin finally decided on creating someone new. He didn't plan to make her Eren's partner, but his instead. Of course this only semi worked, as the blonde girl only helped him on assignments and not romance, but it was worth a shot.
