Helloo lovelies! My very first post here hehe :D I just ed a VIDEO up on my youtube about how you can practice more of Self Love through a creative channel such as art therapy! In the video I share you tips on loving and respecting yourself more in a fun exciting way. The reason why I decided to talk about this topic is because I've been dealing with a lot of issues, insecurities, traumas, etc for so many years... and now I've come into with myself. I learned about self love in the hard way for the pasty 3-4 years, and it's been EMPOWERING for me.

I truly understand that in the beginning it's really hard to love yourself. So if you're still in the early stage of trying to love yourself, then I understand. I've been there. Appreciating yourself doesn't come that easy because of all the rooted childhood issues we've experienced, and also not to forget to mention mental issues. So I created this video in a fun, pretty way, and also spiritual, in hopes that it can help heal and inspire you!
