staff information regarding the community.
This includes but is not limited to screenshots,
planning, team probation/trials, and more.

against matters that will in their opinion
cause harm to the community, ONLY if
they do it in a polite, respectful way and in
private without damaging the reputation of
the opposing party.
• Staff cannot be fired based on
opinions and advice given in a polite and
private manner. A staff member CAN be
fired if it causes serious damage to the
opposing party’s mental health and
reputation.
• Verbally abusing staff when they
are explaining guideline violations will not
be tolerated and may result in a more
extreme consequence (strike, ban, etc).
• Staff will not abuse their power
and are not more important than regular
community . If a staff member
is found to be abusing their power or
violating the guidelines, they will receive
appropriate consequences as any other
community member would.
