If I would get a chance to talk about a cover by an idol that i am still not over after two months, why not taking the chance? :D Taehyun by TXT said himself that he got inspired by Justin Bieber and Zayn who helped him find the personal tone of his voice. He did make a few Justin Bieber covers but NEVER has he sang a zayn song, that’s why I was even more shocked when he posted a cover of “Let Me”, my absolute favorite song by Zayn. If you listen closer to Taehyun’s voice in other TXT songs then you can definitely hear that he has that soft dreamy voice whenever he sings. At the same time he can add a lot of power to his voice which we definitely got to see in the newest album, especially in “i know i love you” and “loser=lover”. And I think that in this specific cover you can experience both of his types which give a special vibe to the song. In the beginning you can hear his dreamy voice with that beautiful melody which literally let’s you forget your surroundings. In addition to that, he just FLEXES his perfect high notes without making it too dynamic. And as soon as we get to hear the second pre-chorus, Taehyun adds a lot of power to his voice which makes it sound super ionate, fitting to the lyrics of the song. What impressed me the most in this cover is the bridge after 3:00 if I am being honest. As I said, “Let Me” is my favorite Zayn song so I probably heard it more than a hundred times and therefore it was crazy to see HOW SIMILAR HIS VOICE IS TO ZAYN’S IN THE BRIDGE?? I’ve never heard a Zayn Cover that was so on point, everyone had their own styles or their own techniques. But Taehyun? Nah. He just hit every note PERFECTLY.

Starting off strong and appreciating this wonderful cover that Sejun blessed us with . First of all the song itself is simply so adorable and beautiful. It's the type of songs that make you want to fall in love with the purest soul for the sake of feeling what it is about. I was quite surprised but also impressed when i first stumbled upon this beautiful creation ,for some reason i never expect my idols to cover songs that i like? but anyways. Besides his smooth vocals that suit the song so nicely and the overall wholesome atmosphere created with the sound of his soft voice could we appreciate the visuals? His hair is neatly done and here i wanna say that black hair supremacy (and all sejun hairstyles supremacy , not a single bad one , what a legend ) . The make up is not a la naturelle but it doesn't jump in as something extra , i feel like it is the way it has to be. A casual fit that i really like and last but not least the background!! Please why do green plants make everything so beautiful?They just stand there , exist because they have no other choice and make everything so much more beautiful and pleasant to the eye. One more addition before i wrap it up , idols posting something on their birthday hits different , like sir Sejun it's yOur birthday , you are ALREADY OUR GIFT and yet you decide to give us a cover on top of it all. What a man. I hope everyone gets to experience the vibes of this cover because wow Sheff's kiss . Always anticipating more of it though.

yes, I picked enhypen again :relieved: ,, I seriously can't shut up about these cuties ,, anyways, I have to say that I was taken aback when I saw posts and tweets of enhypen making a cover on boy in luv. I thought someone made that because enhypen you tube channel didn't video at the same time. but I have to say those boys know what they are doing :eyes: ,, I absolutely love 'rock' based enhypen just like they did with very good performance !! *boy in luv kind of have that vibe so yee* I really love how jay and jungwon looks so intimidating when they are the center ! it kind of creeps my soul out of my body but still, I like it. also, sunghoon starting this beautiful performance ?! A BIG YES :clap: ,, it was so refreshing to hear him and to see him spinning around so confidently like he owns the whole stage :fire: ,, sunoo and ni-ki just slaying their parts was just the cherry on the top but the actual cream of this, I don't know what pie, were jake and heeseung with their high notes that shivered through all my nerves from head to toe and back double time lmao. I don't even need to talk about choreography that suit them perfectly 🤚 :tired_face: ,, there is that perfection and power they hold on the stage that just speak with my brain and it is saying to it to be obsessed with them lol ,, I have no idea how should I describe the love I have for enhypen but I know that I love them with my whole heart :heartpulse: !! all in all, we can look forward to enhypen and their future when it comes to covering other songs ,, and I now we can look forward to enhypen's future in general :eyes: :cherry_blossom: ,,

Let me tell you that I am a person who LOVES to watch dance covers to any kpop songs, I can’t count the amount of times I started stanning a new dancing group. The ones I love the most are the kpop in public since it is always amazing to see how brave you must be to dance in front of randoms right in the middle of the street. About three months ago, the dance group KCDC from Australia posted a dance cover of ”Make A Wish” by NCT and let me tell you how GOOD they are. I’ve seen quite a few dance covers of make a wish and even though many were synchronized, I haven’t seen any group that not only danced to the song but put the WHOLE vibe of the song into their moves. Since I dance myself, I quickly see whenever someone doesn’t really “feel” the dance but has just learned it but those guys did a great job. They did not have too much energy in their movements which gave me the feeling of watching an NCT performance video. Something that I feel is quite cool as well is that all of the the dancers chose to be, fit the vibe of each dancer since all of them have their own dance style. And even though I don’t like to point out certain people, I must say that I couldn’t take my eyes off of the one dancing Taeyong. The outfit, the facial expressions, the movements and the vibe of her were so similar to Taeyong’s that it was really fun to watch. And also probs to the dancers of Lucas and Jaemin, I loved them and their dance styles a lot! As well as the skills of the others hehe. They definitely inspired me to improve myself so go check them out <3

I wasn’t sure who to choose for the cover wishes sections since there are SO many idols that I would love to see cover other artist’s songs. However, and maybe that’s because I’ve been a huge fan of CIX in the past couple of weeks, I decided to talk about Bae Jinyoung. Something that I always liked about him is his voice. I was always a fan of special voices such as Yeonjun’s or Jungwon’s who just give the song a special note with the tone of their voices. But my favorite one has always been the husky ones, the one that makes you shiver. And Baejin definitely has that kind of voice whether he sings powerful or soft, he always has that little husky tone in his voice. And due to his improved control of his voice and the notes that he can hit, I would love to see him cover an OST. You might know that he debuted solo with the song “Hard to say goodbye” before he ed CIX which was a ballad and he PULLED that off. But after some years, he improved his vocals even more so I personally believe that hearing him singing “Can you see my heart” by Heize for example would be simply angelic. It’s always adorable to see male idols with husky voices singing ballads since it's just a different feeling and honestly- who would not love to hear another ballad from Baejin? Something else that came to my mind is “Butterfly” by BTS, somehow Taehyung’s voice reminded me of Baejin’s. The way both of them always put a lot of emotion into their performances just makes it perfect in my opinion, especially since Baejin’s high notes would KILL the chorus of it. So yea :3
