What is 17 Second Manifestation?

17 Second Manifestation is a manifestation is a manifesting technique discovered by Abraham Hicks (who's techniques I personally ADORE), and it only takes 17 (68 if you wish) seconds! I'm not sure if it can be used for beauty, but can be used to manifest material items and scenarios!

How do you use '17 Second Manifestation' technique?

It's simple and only requires 17 seconds of your time!

Method:

Step 1: First, reminisce a happy memory or watch one of your favourite YouTubers videos to make you happy and positive. Just anything that makes you feel happy!

Step 2: Set up a timer for 17 seconds, one that is cute, and just makes you feel happy, but really it doesn't matter, but in my ICT Class, when I was in like Year 7/8, I set up a timer with a picture of me and my family. I always use it when doing 17 seconds method!

Step 3: For this 17 seconds, close your eyes and visualise you with the desired item, or going through your desired scenario. The desire for it and your visualisation should get stronger and stronger and more detailed.

Step 4 (OPTIONAL) : If you want, (I always do this), do it again but this time for 58 seconds. The same thing, nothing different.

LASTLY, detach, let go, it's coming and you and the universe know this. Enjoy the time before this happens, because you'll get it and the world should know you will!
