glad that i came back from long hiatus &

start being active again !! i might post arts

that i have saved in my gallery, i will think

about it. but for now, im g for curator

OO1 —· what would you like to be called and what are

your preferred pronouns ?

—— i would like to be called Kyontan or Shauna !! and

my preferred pronouns is she / her or they / them !!

OO2 —· how old are you ? ( an age grouping is fine too

as you know, amino does have an age rating we will

not remove you from the amino if you don't meet this

age but we cannot give you a curator job. )

—— i am 16 years old !!

OO3 —· in your opinion, what do you think the job of a

curator is ?

—— the job of a curator is moderating the community

along with the leader/s. curators check the latest feed,

public chats and profiles to make sure everything

follows our Community Guidelines. if they don't, curators

disable or hide those posts. additionally they look through

the latest feed to look for and feature feature-worthy blogs.

curators are also in charge of something like a -run

group, or hosting events or challenges. curators need

to have responsibility and be active within the

community.

OO4 —· we require curators to be active for 250 – 300

minutes weekly. how do you normally fill up such time

in this community ? please provide a screenshot

of your activity.

—— i usually text in public chatrooms and sharing

everyone's arts, and also, i left positive words in

the comment sections. that's how i fill up my time

here in this community !!

OO6 —· as a   member   of   staff,   you're   going to be

subjected to seeing a lot of major spoilers and explicit/

graphic content. are you aware and okay with this ?

—— yes, i am always aware and prepared !! i have

encountered many people who sends descriptions

and images of the said content without putting

warnings, i have experiences on handling

those kind of conflicts.

OO7 —· why do you want to become a curator ? what

could you bring to the community that it's currently

lacking or how can you add to what's already

implemented here ?

—— because this is what i have been doing for years !!

i want to as a member of the staff team because i

can gain and bring hopefully something to the staffs. i

get to meet the other staff and make new and

fondest memories with them !! no ideas to put currently

but will bring something hopefully if i had !!

OO8 —· what is your timezone ?

—— my time zone is GMT +8 !!

OO9 —· you take down a post that contains uncredited

art and message the member, addressing the issue.

the member asks for your help to find the artist. after

searching for a while you are unable to find the original

artist. what do you tell the ?

—— if the original artist were unable to be found, the art

that has been reposted without credits should be taken

down because the source is unavailable. ( ex. you found

the original source of the artist's platform but the

has set in private or been deleted. ) if the artist set their own

[platform] in private, that means they don't allow

everyone even their followers to repost or share their works

in different platforms, or any other reasons than reposting.

and if the is deleted, the art must have found it on

Pinterest and reposting it here in amino. it should be taken

down because the artist doesn't have an to search for

and it'll be considered as art theft. proper credits are required

in every community. crediting is the sole of responsibility of

the person posting the content.

O1O —· is rapidly posting content that violates the

guidelines. no other staff member is currently online to

deal with the situation. what actions do you take ?

—— while the other staff are off or unavailable at the

moment, i take down the posts that are against the

guidelines and sending a mod message to the

member regarding the issue. then letting the other

staff by sending a report ( a link of the 's profile

and your input about the issue. ) to let them know.

O11 —· sends you a dm claiming that another

has been doing a smut rp with them. they send you a

series of screenshots where both s are going along

with the rp. the claims that “ they were just going

along with the harasser to expose them ”

what do you do ?

—— the interacted with the other , BOTH will

receive the consequences. or unless, the other

did not expose them but reporting due being uncomfortable

with their offer. amino is mostly used by minors, so anything

which could be deemed as 18+/NSFW SHOULD be handled.

i grab screenshots the series of our conversation with the

member than letting the other staff know and deciding

which action should we take ( official warning or strike )

before making a move.

i have read the latest comment from leader vain. vain

said that making your application aesthetic doesn't

count including making your answers formal. trust me.

this is how i do my blog format when posting. and i

usually make a post with a long essay, like almost a

book. it's my habit and i couldn't help it. hope you

understand. :sweat_smile:
