Club - Transfer Exemption

This is a quick update regarding ARA Clubs.

An ARA Club made, founded or managed by a first/current leader can now transfer leadership to next main leader, without them having to create a new club . In line with this we are announcing a transfer exemption.

As you might have known of the [Guidelines], Amino itself is strict in security and sharing is prohibited in any form, to which why we are up to asking new club leaders to make new when taking over an official club.

However, starting today, official community club leaders are now permitted to the club management to another/new leader (of their choice) in a proper process with the help of the ARA Team. Clubs have a lot of potential to grow in of activities, interaction among and contributing content in the community - this is why we understand that having to restart and remake new club to continue it may take a lot of time to redo, and we want your efforts and hardwork remained in a club build in genuine intention - hence this transfer exemption.

When a current leader in any circumstances, have to resign and needed to assign a new leader to take over a club for its continuity - they have to the team for permission of assignment. This is an agreement to the leadership to the next one and be able to give their club in private with only the new leader's access. Having that said, the new leader is the one responsible for the club and can only be the one to gain access to it while their term (this means NEITHER the old leader, coleaders and other people can still access it except the current leader, or else once proven of sharing will still result to a club- ban).
