Spotted lapis Animation. Not finished.

It took me too long tbh, I should have posted them earlier.. I am so busy these days. School and art courses hhh I am so not organised to keep my sleep schedule normal.

Spotted lapis. Storyboard test 1

*I am kinda sleepy rn so I might loose a detail.*

As u see, its really sketchy and thats why it is named a storyboard. It actually has too much animation at times but I tried to keep it simple. Added some funny stuff too.

Lapis is pretty complicated as a person. She has an inner conflict and she tries to ignore that voice thats judging her. She prefers to hide her emotions and problems under a mask so its kinda of a main symbol for her.

The black liquid are all the lies and bad things she did in her life and so she feels overwhelmed and lost from time to time. Esp when she is on her own. She is scared of showing her true self and facing her problems and issues.

Not sure I am going to finish it. I am reaaaally busy. I was planning to use Sony Vegas and Sai while animating in TVPaint. I added too much animation and it isnt just five frames so,,

Again, the smily face mask appeared here. She actually has problems of letting go of her past after she witnessed the shattering of another lapis. They were pretty close so it was heartbreaking for her. Since then she cant actually get close enough with anyone else, she will try to push people away from her so it wont be so painful.

She moves from city to city, trying to "enjoy life" While being stuck here on this planet. It isnt actually that bad since it has lots of bars and clubs to visit. Drifting away further into the sea full of tears and alcohol. Loosing thr balance once again to just sink in and move to another place leavibg nothing behind. She continues to act arrogant and egotistical towards others since she is used to fight and she is ready to fight the whole world. She is also very manipulative so she maked sure she will always get what she wants..

but never what she truly needs
