I’d have to say that I think kirishima might either work as a marine biologist (given most people call him shark boy) or even be some sort of scientist that studies rocks

In a normal society, I can definitely see Midoriya taking on some sort of public safety career, like a police officer or fire fighter! Without Bakugou's impressive quirk, he wouldn't go far in anything related to customer service, but I can see him going into something physical, like a professional sport. Either that or something crazy smart like a chemical engineer! For Uraraka, I definitely see her going into a career that would make people smile! A nurse maybe? There's money and smiles in that!
